Reagan Foxx: A Ton of Fun

This is the second installment of my recent interviews from a day on set with Girlfriends Films.
For a girl to stay in porn into her thirties and forties is unusual. However, MILF Reagan Foxx breaks that norm. This forty-something brings a fresh perspective on shooting sex.
Is there an advantage to being an older woman in porn?
Reagan answers by mentioning what she values.
"I know exactly what I'm doing. I know where my money going. When I get on set, I know exactly what I want to do.â€
She doesn’t "hang out†everyone, Reagan adds. So, her goals are different from younger performers.
It’s a path to success that is rooted in her background.
An only child, Reagan grew up in Kentucky and later attended a Christian college. Disciplined responsibility was established early in her life.
What is more striking is this: Reagan didn’t get involved in adult film until recently. She first cammed out of her Arizona home in 2011 and shot her first porn scene in 2016.
On the other hand, this lovely brunette is connected to the swinger lifestyle.
"My friends are all swingers, but I am the poser of the group,†she chuckles. "It was honestly never my thing. I was once a part of it. And now just my friends are. I don't really do anything.â€
We shift our talk to camming. Is it the next big thing in porn?
"That's what I'm hearing,†Reagan replies. On their websites, performers are gravitating to "content trade†to make money on their own. She references My Free Cams as integral to the success of many adult stars.
Since Reagan has transitioned from camming to porn, what does she think about the opposite, moving from porn to camming?
"That's a good question. My fan base is from the cam world. Now when I occasionally cam, I get more people into my room [as a result of porn]."
"The girls that are doing porn and go into camming, they bring that fan base, too.â€
The advantage porn girls get when they cam, Reagan points out, is the relationship they build with the guys. It has that "personal touch†because the cam room is all about intimacy.
"When they see your personality, they gravitate towards you,†she emphasizes.
DVDs include BTS (Behind the Scenes) segments but any intimacy is difficult because it comes without real interaction.
Reagan says camming changes that.
"The fans do get to see a part of your life. But you have to continue to keep drawing them in.â€
Reagan takes a moment to comment how camming is hard work, especially if you are a parent.
"If you have kids,†she begins, "you're constantly taking down your camera and pulling your toys out, then hiding them. There's a lot of times where I'd be so stressed out because I wasn't sure what I was going to do [that day]. What's my goal? When am I going to take off my clothes? How much money do I need so I can do this show? You're constantly thinking about it.â€
Above all, however, bringing good cheer to your fans regardless of your circumstances is vital.
"[When] you get online, you've got to have your A game. I've been online so many times where I was upset or depressed. That's a disaster waiting to happen,†Reagan remarks, adding that if you can’t make it happen that day, then stay offline.
In closing our talk, I ask Reagan where she believes the porn industry is headed. It’s hard-edged now, what can be next?
For this popular MILF, it’s enough to handle what’s already here.
"Everyone wants me to do anal and I'm looking at what's being put out there. That's just not me. There are girls out there that want to do that†and it does increase their popularity with fans, she admits.
Understandable, so where does the industry go from here? Reagan guesses it’s camming because it offers what fans are seeking.
Perhaps rather than saying what some people believe about the cam girl taking over porn, Reagan indicates it may be that the porn girl is taking over camming.
Finally, considering all the girls out there, what makes Reagan unique?
"I don't know. Maybe because I am older you can converse with me a little bit easier. Maybe because I have a lot of knowledge and I’m a ton of fun,†she beams.
Her fans can definitely get on board with that!
