Cindy Starfall and I talked again at this year’s AVN trade show in Las Vegas. The bubbly Vietnamese performer is a Star Factory client, indicative that she is top-of-the-line talent.

My first question involves her feature dancing. It’s become a staple of her porn star brand.

“I do it more because I can really put on a show on stage. I get to meet my fans. They come [from] all over for meet and greets.”

Cindy says feature dancing is her thing.

“I love it because it pulls a creative side out of me. I get to be my own boss and put on these big shows every month [in] a different city.”

Cindy comments on her schedule and explains that she’s shooting scenes as much as dancing.

“I dance Thursday, Friday, Saturday. Come back [home] Sunday. Then shoot Monday, Tuesday. I pack Wednesday and I go again.”

Wow, that’s a lot of traveling, but she seems to love it.

Cindy is also a swinger, incidentally, but mentions that her hectic dancing schedule crimps her free-flowing lifestyle.

She talks about how she handles sex with her “swinger couples.” Among her requirements is that spouses have to be present.

“I prefer that because it's just less drama that way. I'm not there to look for relationships. I just want to be in there and have fun.” For the most part, the couples are friendly and accommodating.

Incidentally, Cindy insists that swinging has it benefits.

“I love sex and swinger [parties have] helped me [to be] more comfortable in front of the camera because I have people watching and I have people shooting photos. In a way it [has] shaped who I am. It is a big part of my life.”

What does she think of camming? Cindy believes it’s a version of amateur porn and “it's taking over the [adult] business!”

Many of her fans like the amateur stuff versus “the professional looking, perfect lighting side of porn. . . because it's more of a private one-on-one, a personal interaction with me,” she says.

The petite brunette believes that her camming popularity comes from guys who are “lonely” and “looking for that relationship, that connection they have with the girls.”

She describes how basic camming works from her perspective.

“When you cam with me, I will talk to you. I know you by name, I know what you like. You can actually direct your own porn with me. You get to pick what I'm wearing for a session.”

Does she see a difference between porn and camming?

Some cam girls don’t have a desire to become porn stars, Cindy says. “All they do is get online.”

“With porn, you actually got to show up on set. It's a production. So, it's a totally different thing.”

She mentions her back story. “I started off as a webcam girl. But it wasn't for me because I got bored.” She needs to interact with other performers on-set, she says.

Having said that, Cindy is blunt about the demands of porn.

“Can you get naked in front of at least four, five [people with] three different cameras shooting you? With webcam, you're in your own home comfortable, one camera, you and your boyfriend. Somebody you're comfortable with.”

On the other hand, Cindy realizes that porn girls don’t always want that live feel. “When they know that camera is live and there's people watching them, they start freaking out. So, it's totally different.”

But she insists there is room for everybody. “In a way, I do feel like its fine to be divided [between camming and porn] because it's two different audiences. The audience is so different in between those two.”

Whether camming or shooting scenes, feature dancing or swinging, Cindy Starfall is expressing her sexuality and building her brand for her fans everywhere.
